ALL SIGNUP PROBLEMS:
If you received the confirmation email: but have problems with the confirmation link, then forward the confirmation email to us (NOT as an attachment), the subject line MUST be: KoosTube.com Confirmation Link.
If you did not receive the confirmation email: we can not help you, refer to the FAQs for instruction.
LOGIN PROBLEMS:
With REGISTERED ACCOUNTS ONLY: Use the forgot password link under the login box to have a reset password sent to you.
If you received a new password but still can't login: Forward the second email, the one containing the password, to us (NOT as an attachment), the subject line MUST be: KoosTube.com Login Fails.
If you are receiving any error/s other than login failed detail them in the top of the email.
If still no luck then email, your email MUST include your username, registered email address, & new email address. The subject line MUST be: Change KoosTube.com Email.
There are many other email providers, but:
Gmail will usually let our system emails through, though it can't hurt to add noreply@KoosTube.com to your gmail contacts.
Hotmail will usually let them through but only if you put noreply@KoosTube.com com in your safe zone.
Yahoo claims to rarely block mails, though it has been known to happen, & there is nothing documented that adding noreply@KoosTube.com to your address book will help, but it can't hurt to do that & turn off the spam filter.
ADVERTISING ENQUIRIES:
MUST use the subject line: KoosTube.com Advertising Enquiry.
PUBLISHER REMOVAL REQUESTS:
MUST use the subject line: Publisher Removal Request.
If you wish us to extend you this professional courtesy the key to swift cooperation is to be very brief, polite, NON threatening & demanding, & provide page links to the movie you'd like removed (exact URL).

If you are emailing admin:
Use the correct subject as instructed or your email will be automatically deleted.
Do not send attachments or your email will be automatically deleted.
NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES, do NOT be rude &/or blunt & demanding unless you want your email ignored.
